Bucks gave his thoughts to the press after the 1-0 defeat at Herford: 'I feel like I am coming out every Saturday or Tuesday and saying the same things, this is a very difficult time for us all. The one big positive today was the supporters who were fabulous again, they waited for the players to clap them off and that takes some doing after you have been beaten, credit to them and we thank them for that. We are going to need the supporters because we are in a difficult spell; the players know it and I have juts told them in the changing room that we need to be better as a group.'

Paul gave some background to some of the changes he made to the starting line-up: 'We know Jake can play that role away from home, it has served us well before and I felt that Elliot needed to come out, he has played a lot of football along with Zebs and it was right to leave him out to start with. We were a force in the first half and in the first twenty minutes we were all over Hereford. The goal was against the run of play but we are going to have to be better. We can't keep conceding goals like we did today especially after being excellent in much of the rest of the game. We need to be more ruthless in both penalty areas.

'The effort from the players is there for all to see and I can't point the finger at anybody. I think the problem today was the quality of the ball in the final third and we also needed a bit of muscle, a bit of strength. I'm sure a win is juts around the corner, if I was stood here talking about us not creating any chances and being under pressure for long periods then I would be really worried. Yes, of course I'm worried that we aren't collecting three points but I am not worried by the performances because they have been brilliant.'

Paul was asked if he was feeling the pressure? 'A little bit, of course. I don't like losing that's for sure. I don't think I have ever lost so many games but it is my job to remain positive and I do as a person anyway. I will always have a smile on my face but of course I get disappointed because we have taken this club a long way and we are now going to have to go that extra mile and fight for our lives.'
