IN accordance with the requirements of The Football League Limited the Torquay United Association Football Club Limited ("the Club") hereby declares that the following individuals directly or indirectly own a shareholding of 10% or more in the Club:-

1.The Estate of Thea Bristow has an indirect interest in approximately 37.35% of the issued share capital of the Club.This interest arises as the Estate of Thea Bristow is the holder of 50% of the issued share capital of Plainmoor Limited.Plainmoor Limited is the legal and beneficial owner of 74.696% of the Club;

2.Torquay United Holdings Ltd ("TUH") was the holder of approximately 17.33% of the issued share capital of the Club. TUH was dissolved on 9 December 2008 and in accordance with Section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 all property of TUH is deemed bona vacantia and accordingly belongs to the Crown.
