8 - TIM SILLS
Tim began his career as a trainee with Millwall and after his release from them decided to combine university studies with a career in non-league football. He made the step up to conference football with Aldershot in 2003 and proved a big hit with 46 goals in 112 appearances. Tim eventually moved into full-time football with Oxford and Hereford but his spells at the two clubs didn't prove as successful as his time at Aldershot. Paul Buckle showed his interest in Tim and he signed for the Gulls in June 2007. Tim is an intelligent and hard working striker and is already nearing the top of the scoring charts in the Blue Square Premier this season.
