1.PAUL HINSHELWOOD
A very promising young right-back, Paul joined Torquay in the summer of 2007 having been released at the end of his trainee year by Brighton and Hove Albion. Although never figuring for the Brighton 1st team, Paul was highly rated by many Albion fans and comes from a strong footballing pedigree with father Paul and brother Adam both playing at a high level.
Paul has joined United on a one-year contract and will be hoping to convince Paul Buckle that he can make the Right Back position his own. His strong tackling and energetic support play have already caught the eye of many Gulls' fans during the pre-season friendlies and despite being just 19 years of age, he looks a calm and assured figure in the United back line.
