EUNAN O'Kane spent two years in the youth system at Everton after being spotted by a scout in his native Northern Ireland.
The talented midfielder clearly had the skill and ability for the big time but his slight frame led to his reluctant release from Goodison Park.
Eunan returned home to sign for Coleraine in September 2009 but his desire for another crack at English football soon prompted a trial at Plainmoor.
Former manager Paul Buckle wasted no time in securing a permanent deal for Eunan and the Northern Ireland Under-21 international blossomed into a key figure in our run to the Play-Off Final last season.
Current boss Martin Ling immediately identified Eunan as a key player to his aspirations for success in TQ1 and Eunan started the current season as a key creative factor in his side.
The talented Irishman has duly delivered in the opening third of the season, topping the assist charts and also hitting the net himself.
