We are pleased to confirm that midfielder Chris Regis has signed for the Club.
Regis, 21, spent his youth career with Arsenal, Southampton and Colchester United. After spells with Sittingbourne and Farnborough Town he joined Port Vale in 2017.
“I was at Port Vale before the season started and it was good there, but I wasn’t getting enough games,” said Regis. “I needed to go to somewhere I would play and to get more games under my belt.
“I got called by the manager and he has big plans for this club and I really wanted to get involved in them. I’m here for promotion, and because they play good football here. Two reasons why I thought I would come down.
“I need to get myself out there and show people what I can do.”
