Torquay United Community Sports Trust’s Football Fans in Training will be returning for its 5th cohort.
The men’s health and weight management programme looks at different factors that can all contribute to living a healthier lifestyle.
Topics such as: diet, physical activity, portion control, barriers to exercise, alcohol consumption and more, will be covered during this 12 week programme.
As well as this, you will get to see behind the scenes at your local football club, which will include a tour and physical training sessions around the stadium.
