Torquay United Community Sports Trust (TUCST) is looking for a dynamic manager to run the Community Trust. The successful applicant will be required to manage a team of coaches, community staff and administrators.

A working knowledge of sport, management skills and an understanding of what we do in the community is essential, along with the ability to be able to promote the Trust and develop its educational role. Previous coaching experience of sport would be an advantage.

The successful applicant would also co-ordinate TUCST’s extensive schools programme that reaches over 30 schools in the local area. This includes the delivery of the National Programme of Premier League Primary Stars.

The Community Sports Trust works to build partnerships with local key organizations and to deliver programmes that promote healthy living in children and adults. Recent activities include Football Fans In Training, walking football, as well as continued work to expand our disability football and girl’s football programmes.

Another focus of TUCST is to secure further grant funding to widen the range and type of activities the Trust delivers. Also, to foster a player and coach pathway in partnership with Torquay United Football Club.

This full-time position requires dedication as some unsocial hours are required.

Salary range £20000 – £25000 according to experience.
